Terms of Service

Effective August 20, 2026

TX Truck Permit provides administrative filing assistance, document preparation, reminders, and compliance consulting. We are not a government agency, law firm, insurance company, or tax advisory firm.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide complete and accurate information, review submissions, respond promptly, and pay government and third-party charges. Approval, processing time, and agency decisions are controlled by the relevant authority and are not guaranteed.

Fees and scope

Displayed prices are service fees unless stated otherwise. Government charges, taxes, permits, registration, plates, insurance, process-agent fees, audits, historical filings, corrections, investigations, and unusually large record-reconstruction projects are separate.

Delays outside our control

To the extent permitted by law, TX Truck Permit is not responsible for application delays, suspensions, missed processing dates, or related losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including government shutdowns or closures, government or third-party website outages, system maintenance or upgrades, cyber incidents, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable service interruptions.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the service fees paid for the affected service. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
