Refund Policy

Effective August 20, 2026

Before work begins, a client may request cancellation and a refund of unearned service fees. Once document review, preparation, filing, consulting, or other requested work has begun, the portion of fees covering completed work is non-refundable.

Government and third-party charges

Government filing fees, taxes, permits, registration and plate charges, insurance payments, process-agent fees, and other third-party payments are governed by the receiving organization and are generally non-refundable.

Requesting a review

Email leolovetruck@gmail.com with the client name, service purchased, payment date, and reason for the request. Each request will be reviewed according to the work already completed and applicable law.
